Potential New Members

We are so excited that you are interested in going through Primary Recruitment, and we look forward to welcoming you to WKU! Recruitment is a time to meet new people and build lifelong friendships. In the fall of 2017, we both found our home here at Alpha Delta Pi. We were welcomed by a group of women who value friendship, academics, service, and so much more. Since then, these women have continued to challenge us to grow and try new things. Our chapter is full of women with so many different strengths and interests, and that is one of our favorite aspects of this sisterhood.

Our role as recruitment chairs is to represent Alpha Delta Pi within WKU Panhellenic. We prepare each of our members for the week of recruitment through various workshops, and we plan every detail of recruitment. Most importantly, however, we get the opportunity to welcome you into our chapter! You are the reason that we do what we do.

 

The recruitment process can be both exciting and overwhelming. We were once in your shoes and remember all of the emotions we felt. We want you to know that our mission for recruitment is getting to know YOU. We want to know your passions, your hobbies, and all of the quirks that make you the woman you are today! Our hope is that you feel loved when you walk through our doors.

 

We realize that these past few months have been far from ideal. Anticipated events have been cancelled, and many people are feeling isolated. Now more than ever, we are grateful for the sense of community that we have found through Alpha Delta Pi. These women radiate love, joy, and kindness. They continuously remind us of our worth and importance. We want the same for you.
